Programming Progress

February 23rd I finished Codecamy’s online Python tutorial. I enjoyed it a lot and have decided to take Coursera’s  Introduction to Interactive Programming in Python course. Learning Python has been fun and there are still things I need to improve on (like classes for one). Currently I am learning to make GUI’s using Tkinter through Bhaskar Chaudhary’s book Tkinter GUI Application Development. In addition, I have found out that there is a very active community devoted to watching people code and I have started live streaming some of my programming sessions on Twitch.tv. I feel like I am off to a good start and I haven’t seen any signs that I will be slowing down in the near future.
